Inventory Transfer
As a staff member, if you notice low inventory levels while assisting a customer with a sales order, you have the option to transfer inventory from another location owned by the same vendor.
Suppose you open the New Sales for the customer and find that the product for the customer purchase is out of stock.
| Press and hold the product icon to check the product details. The “On-hand” value means the practical inventory of the product. If the on-hand value is negative or zero, you can continue the steps below to transfer the inventory from another location under the same vendor.

5. Enter the transfer amount using the + and - button, or tap the blank space between + and - to call the Quick Input. | After entering the transfer amount, tap the OK button to confirm the inventory transfer.

Please avoid transferring a large quantity of inventory from another location, as this may deplete their stock and trigger low inventory notifications for that location.
| If the Transfer Amount will cause the low inventory of the other location, a warning below will pop up.

If the transfer amount won’t reduce the other location’s inventory below acceptable levels, you’ll be prompted to review the transfer details. Tap Submit to proceed or Cancel to stop the transfer.
| After the successful inventory transfer, there will be a prompt like below and the transfer data will be uploaded to Backoffice—Customer Transactions Report—Adjustments Report for your future reference.
