This document is intended to introduce how to customize the customer purchase experience.
Pre-order
When the kiosk supports escrow, then the operator can decide whether to open the pre-order feature on the customer mobile app.
‘KioCafe Management System’ → ‘Kiosk List’ → ‘Edit Kiosk’ → ‘Edit Profile’ → ‘Kiosk Parameters’ → ‘Pre-Order’ → ‘Enable’/’Disable’ . This edit needs to update kiosk profile on kiosk to take effect.

When the pre-order is turned on:
The customer can order by scheduled pick up time.
The customer can also select ‘Order Now’ to let the kiosk start making drink upon order payment is done.
“present " time slot > order placed > make right away > put on escrow when ready > Scan QR to pickup
“Othe timeslots > order placed > item arrives to make > put on escrow when ready > Scan QR to pickup

Cup Waiting Time on Retrieval Door
When there are no new orders afterwards, the kiosk uses ‘R1 Timer’ as max cup waiting time on retrieval door; If there is(are) new order(s) afterwards, the kiosk uses ‘R2 Timer’ as max cup waiting time on retrieval door. Usually, ‘R1 Timer’ is more than ‘R2 Timer’ to give more time tolerance to customer when not blocking other orders.
‘KioCafe Management System’ → ‘Kiosk List’ → ‘Edit Kiosk’ → ‘Edit Profile’ → ‘Kiosk Parameters’ → ‘R1’ → Edit ‘R1 Timer(s)’/ ‘R1 Timer(s)’ → Save. This edit needs to update kiosk profile on kiosk to take effect. |

Customer Receipt
The customer can get order receipt by email when customer subscribes it in the order process. The email title, the pdf attachment name, and the social media links on email footer can be customized in the vendor portal.
‘KioCafe Management System’ → ‘Settings’ → ‘General’ → ‘Receipt Settings’ ‘Social Media Settings’

Multiple Languages
For kiosk order and pickup screens, the system supports multi languages including English, Spain, Chinese, Arabic
‘KioCafe Management System’ → ‘Settings’ → ‘Languages’ → ‘Create Language’.
