Issue: The elevator keeps moving upward without stopping.

Solution
1. Please turn off the power to the vending machine
2. Open the left front door.
3. Remove the elevator motor cover plate from the top. (Use caution as the plate may fall after the bolts are removed.)
4. After removing the plate, locate the motor unit on the right side.
5. Remove a total of 6 bolts.
6. Disconnect the 2 cables connected to the motor. (Be careful not to damage the cable connectors during disconnection)
7. Open the right front door and locate the power unit
8. Remove all connectors linked to the power unit.
9. Remove the 2 bolts at the bottom and pull the power unit out.
10. Pull out the power cable located at the back.
11. Follow the steps above in reverse to reassemble with the new replacement unit.
