Then connect WH110053 female spades to the coil relay.
Then take the other ends of WH110053 and cut the red spade connector wires to expose the cable. These exposed cables will be connected to the machine board.
Locate M1 (left) and Q1 (right) on the machine’s control board, see reference image below:
Connect the cut wire end of WH110053 into “M1” on the board– shown below as the white wire.

Power Connections:
Please consult the Owner’s Manual, under the installation section, before fully connecting WH111004 & PS100007 Power Adaptor to your laundry machine. Depending on the machine model and voltage, connections may vary. PS100007 Power Adaptor accepts a wide input from 100-240 V – 50-60HZ 0.8A and output of 12V. |
---|
Connect PS100007’s 2 pin cable male cable into WH1P0002’s 2- pin female power connector.
Then plug in WH111004 to the AC adapter PS100007’s 2-pin connector.
The other single wires of WH111004 are fed from the front of the machine through the back, to reach power connections.
The other ends cables of WH111004 will go to the line power coming from the machine. Trace the power plug to the machine to locate the power line.
Please consult your specific machine model’s Owner’s Manual as machine model and voltage may vary.
Coin Pulse Cable
Connect the WH1P0001’s 3-pin connector into the back of the card reader’s coin pulse port. This cable is required to send pulses to the machine board.
Adjust the AB jumper on the back of the reader to the A position, see image below for reference.
Then connect the wires of WH1P0001 Primus Coin Pulse Output Cable to the Maytag terminal block.
Note: You must set Coin1 and Coin2 values on the board to $0.25.
Below is a wiring example for a machine using a KioSoft card reader, with no coin drop connected. | If using coin payment, connect the coin drop’s green wire to the second coin sensor terminal (indicated by the yellow arrow below). Do not connect the WH1P0001’s green wire to the same terminal as the coin drop. Each must be wired to a separate terminal. |
