This will be some troubleshooting steps and things to check when working on a Bay-Tek prize hub but it is having issues like not registering the tickets.
Description
1) Confirm they are using the correct harness for this, which should be WH120013 for Ultra API
2) Confirm they are using an Ultra API profile

3) Confirm the reader is on the correct version. These games require the reader to be on version 3.76.9
4) Confirm the jumper on the back of the reader is set to the A side; if set to the B side, have them move it over
5) Once all the above has been confirmed, have them power down the machine for 1 minute, then back online and test
6) Have them check the programming of their machine and ensure the reader type is set to KioSoft
7) If the issue persists, they will need to communicate with Bay-Tek to make sure their machine is on the correct version, as they have a specific version to work with our equipment
