Refill Checklist

The consumables to refill depend on the beverage dispensers connected. The list below is for all possible consumables.

1. Check In

Option A: Scan QR code from KC Manager App → Select “≡(Menu)” → Select “My QR Code” → Scan QR code to login touchscreen backend.

“≡(Menu)” → Select “My QR Code”

Option B: Enter CameoPay backend with username and password.

2. Consumable Refill

2.1 Coffee Bean Refill

2.1.1 Remove the lid and fill the hopper with fresh beans and close the lid.

2.1.2 Input quantity change in KCM app, details as Chapter 3.

Note:

1. Make sure the beans are always fresh.

2. Never try to reach into the grinder. Grinder burrs are sharp and may cause injury.

3. Make sure that the bean hopper is locked when mounting the bean hoppers again.

4. If the bean hopper is unlocked, it is not possible to grind coffee.

2.2 Milk Refill

1. Remove milk container lid & add milk to milk container.

2. Input quantity change in KCM app, details as Chapter 3.

2.3 Cold Brew Concentrate Refill

  1. For Marco POUR”D / BROOD SLM Cold Brew: Pour the consumables into the container.

  2. Input quantity change in KCM app, details as Chapter 3.

3. Input Quantity Change In KCM App

3.1 In KCM App, Press '≡(Menu)' → Remote Management.

3.2 Select your kiosk from the list (Use Filters if needed).

3.3 Under 'Status View', select 'Consumable Quantity'.

3.4 Find consumable under 'Consumables List' .

3.5 Select 'Edit Quantity' → Input new quantity in ml or select 'To Container Max Size' if full .

3.6 Select 'Save'.

Note: Max Size/ Warning/ Disable quantity can be changed from the vendor web portal.

4. Check Out

4.1 Logout of "Maintenance Mode"
4.1.1 Select Brand logo multiple time
s on "Maintenance Mode" screen
4.1.2 Login page pop-up (No need to login here unless need access Admin menus)
4.1.3 Select 'Back'
