2. Vend Price Adder

Medium/Heavy Vend Price Adder defines the price added to the vend price when Medium or Heavy in Soil Mode is selected. The default value is 25 pence.

For example, the total Medium/Normal/Hot service price using the default data will be Medium Vend Price Adder (25) + Vend Price1 (200) =225 pence.

3. Function Control

  • Medium Warm Rinse: enable/disable the medium warm rinse function. The default is disabled.

  • Heavy Warm Rinse: enable/disable the heavy warm rinse function. The default is disabled.

  • Warm Rinse: doesn’t support A4 machines.

  • Default Cycle: defines the default cycle when the machine is idle. The value range is from 1-9, matching the Vend Price 1-9.

  • Default Cycle Modifiers: defines the default Soil Mode when the machine is idle.

4. Vend Time

Extra Wash/Rinse Time Settings

  • Medium Extra Wash/Rinse Time:

    • Function: Adds extra wash/rinse time when "Medium" is selected.

    • Default Value: 0 minutes

    • Range: 0 to 10 minutes

  • Heavy Extra Wash/Rinse Time:

    • Function: Adds extra wash/rinse time when "Heavy" is selected.

    • Default Value: 0 minutes

    • Range: 0 to 10 minutes

Cycle Components and Total Times

  1. Normal Cycle Components:

  • Consists of:

    • Normal Cycle Wash Agitate Time

    • Normal Cycle Extra Rinse Agitate Time

    • Normal Cycle Rinse Agitate Time

    • Normal Cycle Final Spin Time

  • Time Range for Each Component: 0 to 10 minutes

  • Total Service Time (using default values):

    • Heavy/Normal/Cold = 21 minutes

    • Calculation: (0 + 0 + 10 + 0 + 4 + 7 = 21) minutes

  1. Perm Press Cycle Components:

  • Consists of:

    • Perm Press Cycle Wash Agitate Time

    • Perm Press Cycle Extra Rinse Agitate Time

    • Perm Press Cycle Rinse Agitate Time

    • Perm Press Cycle Final Spin Time

  • Time Range for Each Component: 0 to 10 minutes

  • Total Service Time (using default values):

  • Heavy/Perm Press/Warm = 19 minutes

  • Calculation: (0 + 0 + 10 + 0 + 4 + 5 = 19) minutes
