Document Overview
This guide provides instructions on the secondary installation of Wristband Kiosk, including opening wooden boxes, anti-pull kit installation, antenna installation, router installation and router wiring. It is hoped with this document you could learn the post-installation process of Wristband Kiosk.
Open Wooden Boxes
Process Instruction
Open the wooden box (the pedestal) and remove all foam. Note: The pedestal has been installed onto the wheeled base.
| Rotate the T-lock counterclockwise to open the door of the pedestal.

Take this parts package out and put it aside for later use. Then remove these four screws and move out the pedestal (with the wheeled base) for later installation.
| Open the other wooden box (the upper assembly) and remove all foam.

Rotate the T-lock counterclockwise to open the door of the upper assembly.
| Lift the two blue handles on both sides upward to pull out the tray.
|

Remove these four screws and lift the two blue handles on both sides upward to slide the tray back in. Finally, move the upper assembly out for later installation.
|

Please remember to check whether the spacing between the two wristband paper holders exceed or equal to 30mm. If yes, proceed with the following steps. If not, please adjust it to 30mm or more.

Install the Anti-pull Kit

Process Instruction
Rotate the T-lock counterclockwise to open the door of the pedestal.
| Find the anti-pull kit from the inner left side of the pedestal. Tear off the tape and open its plastic cover plate.

Unscrew these two nuts with a nut driver and remove the anti-pull kit. Keep them for later use.

Move the upper assembly onto the pedestal. Align it with these four holes and secure it with four M10*40 screws. Several assemblers should work together to hold the box securely to avert any risk of dropping during the installation process.

Rotate the T-lock clockwise to close the door of the pedestal.
| Rotate the T-lock counterclockwise to open the door of the upper assembly.

Insert the anti-pull box from the front of the door. The assembler should hold the box securely to avert any risk of dropping during the installation process.
| Secure the anti-pull component with two M4*10 combination screws from the inner side of the door.

Install the Antenna

Process Instruction
Unscrew the two nuts from the top inner side of the upper assembly and disassemble the baffle for the antenna hole. Keep them for future use.

Unscrew the nut from the antenna.

Thread the antenna down through the antenna hole until it sits on top of the upper assembly.

Fully tighten the nut from the inside to secure the antenna.

Install the Router and Wiring

Process Instruction
Lift the two blue handles on both sides upward to pull out the tray.

Unscrew these two thumb nuts and remove the modem bracket. Keep them for later use.
|

Secure the router bracket on both sides with two M2.5*6 screws using a PH2 cross screwdriver, as shown. Pay attention to where the M2.5*6 screws are installed.

Insert the 2-pin end of the modem power cable into the DC 9-36V port of the router.
| Secure the router inside of the upper assembly with two thumb nuts. Note: Ensure the power port of the router is correctly oriented.

Unscrew and unplug the original adapter power cable; keep it for future use.
| Connect the original power plug to the power socket of the modem power cable.
|

Insert the connector of blue network cable into WAN/LAN1 port of the router.
| Screw the Wi-Fi connector of the antenna cable to the Wi-Fi port of the router, then screw the LTE connector to the Cellular 1 port.

Hide all the cables connected to the router behind the original wiring harnesses or route all the cables with the original R-shape clips.
| Lift the two blue handles on both sides upward to slide the tray back in.
|

Rotate the T-lock clockwise to close the door of the upper assembly.
