We would like to inform you that we have scheduled server maintenance for the PayRange Central server product on November 3rd from 2:30 AM EST to 7:30 AM EST.

We have completed the security upgrade to PHP 7.4 on PayRange Central, fully resolving CISA’s advisory.

7. Card Dispenser Maintenance

Prev Next

To monitor the card dispenser’s performance, you should observe and evaluate it based on the following key aspects:

  1. If there is some or little wearing at the edges of the belts (as shown in the picture below), it will not affect the card dispenser’s performance.

If the belt is cracked or seriously worn, it will need to be replaced.

  2. Please make sure the belts are in the correct position and don’t ride on the plates in the below red circles.

To maintain the optimal performance of your card dispenser and prevent malfunctions, follow this step-by- step maintenance guide:

  1. Loosen all the screws indicated by red arrows in the below pictures.

  2. Loosen the two screws (indicated by red arrows) upward, and then push the metal (indicated by the blue arrow) downward until it cannot be pushed down again.

  3. Push the card (0.8 - 0.84 mm thickness; no label/tape is allowed on the card) into the card entry slot between the wheels.

  4. Move the card in and out of the card entry slot three times. Keep the card in the entry slot, and then press the metal part (surrounded by a blue line) downward slightly and make sure it is perpendicular.

Tighten the two screws carefully until they just touch the bottom metal, then rotate the two screws one and a half circles clockwise so that the metal part (surrounded by a blue line) is slightly lifted up.

Please make sure it is perpendicular.

  5. Tighten all the screws again (put glue to fix them in place if necessary).

Make sure the bottom screw (at the side) in the red circle is at the rightmost position of its slot (i.e., just cover the slot) as the below picture.

  6. If there is a lot of dust inside, it may affect the card dispenser’s performance.

  7. The Operator can use a cotton bud or something similar (make sure the material cannot produce some scratches) tipped with alcohol to clean the wheels and belt inside, indicated by red arrows in the below pictures.
