1. Check In
Option A: Scan QR code from KC Manager App → Select “≡(Menu)” → Select “My QR Code” → Scan QR code to login kiosk backend.

Option B: Enter AP backend with username and password.
2. Refill Procedures
2.1 Coffee Bean Refill
2.1.1 Remove the lid and fill the hopper with fresh beans and close the lid.
2.1.2 Input quantity change in KCM app, details as Chapter 3.
Note:
1. Make sure the beans are always fresh.
2. Never try to reach into the grinder. Grinder burrs are sharp and may cause injury.
3. Make sure that the bean hopper is locked when mounting the bean hoppers again.
4. If the bean hopper is unlocked, it is not possible to grind coffee.
2.2 Milk Refill
1. Remove milk container lid & add milk to milk container.
2. Input quantity change in KCM app, details as Chapter 3.
2.3 Powder Refill
2.3.1 Open face of powder machine.
2.3.2 Rotate each nozzle upwards.
2.3.3 Pull out all 3 hoppers (always keep vertical) .
2.3.4 Fill each hopper with correct powder to right above metal wire inside the powder container (never exceed 90% to simplify container handling) .
2.3.5 Replace all 3 hoppers.
2.3.6 Input quantity change in KCM app, details as Chapter 3.
Note: Max Size/ Warning/ Disable quantity can be changed from the vendor web portal.
2.4 Syrup Refill
2.4.1 Pull out the syrup drawer.
2.4.2 Replace the used-out syrup bottles with whole new ones.
2.4.3 Insert back the syrup drawer.
2.4.4 Input quantity change in KCM app, detailed as Chapter 3.
Note: Ensure all bottle plugs are well plugged after bottle replacement.
2.5 Cup Refill
2.5.1 Remove cup stacker lid & add cups to below max line
2.5.2 Ensure no cups are squished down
2.5.3 Input quantity change in KCM app, details as Chapter 3

2.6 Lid Refill
2.6.1 Remove lid stacker lid & add lids to below max line
2.6.2 Ensure no lids are squished down
2.6.3 Input quantity change in KCM app, details as Chapter 3

3. Input Quantity Change In KCM App
3.1 In KCM App, Press '≡(Menu)' → Remote Management.
3.2 Select your kiosk from the list (Use Filters if needed).
3.3 Under 'Status View', select 'Consumable Quantity'.
3.4 Find consumable under 'Consumables List' .
3.5 Select 'Edit Quantity' → Input new quantity in ml or select 'To Container Max Size' if full .
3.6 Select 'Save'.
Note: Max Size/ Warning/ Disable quantity can be changed from the vendor web portal.
4. Check Out
4.1 Logout of "Maintenance Mode"
- 4.1.1 Select Brand logo multiple times on "Maintenance Mode" screen
- 4.1.2 Login page pop-up (No need to login here unless need access Admin menus)
- 4.1.3 Select 'Back'
