1. Check In
Option A: Scan QR code from KC Manager App → Select “≡(Menu)” → Select “My QR Code” → Scan QR code to login kiosk backend → Enable kiosk maintenance mode.

Option B: Enter AP backend with username and password, click “Maintenance”→ “Maintenance Mode” → “Confirm”.
2. Cameo: Milk Cleaning
2.1 Find 'Cleaning' on Eversys Cameo
- Option A: Press & hold 'Rinse' button for 3s → 'Yes'
- Option B: Press '≡(Menu)' button on Touchscreen Top → Press 'Clean' → 'Confirm' [when close to cleaning period]
- Option C: Press 'Clean' [when reach cleaning period (24hrs ± 5)]
2.2 Start 'Milk Cleaning' on Eversys Cameo
- 2.2.1 Leave milk tube ends inside milk container & Press 'Continue'
- 2.2.2 Fill cleaning container with 25ml of Everclean (Screen says 'cleaning tablet' under F/W v4.20)
- 2.2.3 Place a container under coffee outlet → 'Continue' (Caution: hot water!)
- 2.2.4 Fill container ~40% with hot water
- 2.2.5 In fridge, remove tubes from milk & insert them into container → 'Continue'
- 2.2.6 Remove milk frames from fridge (store temporarily in storage fridge)
- 2.2.7 Run Cameo self-cleaning: ~10 min Coffee only / ~18 min w/ milk cleaning
- 2.2.8 Post Milk Cleaning. Daily (After milk cleaning)
a. Remove tubes from container
b. Wipe tubes down with damp cloth thoroughly
c. Put tubes back into milk bags (ensure they reach bottom)
d. Close fridge
Note: To check cleaning history, password is necessary.
3. Cameo: Nozzle Cleaning
3.1 Switch off the machine at main switch.
3.2 Slightly tilt the coffee outlet (1) and gently pull (2) to remove it.
3.3 Clean with soft soap, use a nylon tube brush to clean the holes (3).
3.4 Gently reassemble in the reverse order.
4. Cameo: Drip Tray Cleaning
4.1 Switch off the machine at the main switch.
4.2 Slightly push the drip tray grid (2) (to unlock) and remove it (3) .
4.3 Wash the grid and inside of the drip tray (1) with soft soap and rinse.
4.4 When replacing the grid make that it lays nice and flat.
5. Powder Cleaning
5.1 Clean each powder dispenser spout.
5.2 Clean each powder tray.
5.3 Clean each powder cable connection.
5.4 Rotate each nozzle of powder hopper downwards.
5. Powder Cleaning (Rinse) (Weekly)
6.1 Run a rinse cycle on each of the powder dispensers
- 6.1.1 After logging in, AP shows Admin/ Backend menus
- 6.1.2 Select 'Powder API'
- 6.1.3 Remove the grill from the drip tray & wash separately
- 6.1.4 Select 'Clean' button in Powder API
- 6.1.5 Watch 3 hot water shots dispensing well from each nozzle
*If nozzle stream not smooth, clean plastic nozzle end & powder mixing cup area
- 6.1.6 Repeat Clean cycle 4-5 times
6.2 Dry the dispensers thoroughly after rinse cycle
6.3 Check all water drained from the drip tray
6.4 Remove drip tray & clean
6.5 Replace the drip tray & grill to original location
Note 1: Clogging can easily occur depending on type of powder, mixture ratio etc. Recommend to start doing powder cleaning 1-2x/wk & adjust schedule accordingly.
Note 2: If necessary, run the rinse cycle manually on the powder machine by pressing the single button (the green one ) below the manual switch on the inside of the machine face.
7. Syrup Cleaning (Every 2~3 days)
7.1 Prepare 2 pcs of 2L water tanks, one is filled with 1.5L, 95°C hot water
7.2 Push back all remaining syrups in the tube
Method 1: 1) Enter AP backend by scanning the QR code generated by KCM App at kiosk scanner (or enter with username and password)
2) Click 'Syrup API' -> Click 'Clean All'. After clicking the button, the screen of syrup dispenser will enable the
cleaning interface, press 'OK' to empty the beverage hoses (let the residual syrup in hoses flow back to beverage bottle)
Method 2: Instead of sending commands from AP backend, operate directly on the control panel of syrup dispenser by clicking the 'Clean' button
7.3 Open the door of syrup dispenser machine
7.4 Pull out all tubes into the container with 1.5L hot water, put another container under the font which dispenses the syrup
7.5 Flush all tubes by hot water
7.6 Remove the water tanks and put the tube into each bottle as previous sequence
7.7 Refill each syrup until the syrup can be dispensed from the font
8. Drink Disposal Cleaning
8.1 Lift container top from upper part of kiosk (hold)
8.2 Slide container out from lower part of kiosk
8.3 Dispose of liquids & cups
8.4 Slide container back into place & drop container top into place
9. Coffee Ground Bin Cleaning
(Daily, after milk cleaning)
9.1 Slide coffee ground bin out of shelf
9.2 Dispose of grounds & liquid
9.3 Double bag coffee grounds & put beside garbage bin if necessary
9.4 Replace coffee ground bin in shelf (pushed properly back into place)
10. Fridge Cleaning
(Every 2 weeks)
10.1 Monitor ice build-up status weekly
10.2 Conduct defrost every 2 weeks (adjust frequency as needed)
10.3 Defrost by shutting down fridge (summer ~2-3 hrs | winter takes longer)
11. Space Cleaning
11.1 Wipe down coffee machine, tables, robot arm, fridges, door(s), kiosk outside, AO&AP screen, customer viewing window & floor, wherever you see the dirt.
Note: Pay attention to reflectors & sensors during the cleaning to avoid misalignment.
12. Check Out
12.1 Check out of "Maintenance Mode"
- 12.1.1 Select Brand logo multiple times on "Maintenance Mode" screen.
- 12.1.2 Login page pop up (No need to login here unless need access Admin menus)
- 12.1.3 Select 'Back'
