If the keyboard fails to appear when needed, you can set up the keyboard manually to show the virtual keyboard.
Please follow the steps below to set up the keyboard:
If the keyboard fails to appear when needed, disconnect the USB cable at the bottom of the tablet, and restart the tablet.

Consecutively tap the location name at the bottom right corner of the idle screen five times to enter the Android Homepage.

Then the keyboard may be displayed. Input the SRC code and submit, getting into the “Settings” page to set up the keyboard.

Tap the settings button.
|
|
Select the “Languages and Input” option on the settings page.
|
|
Select the “Physical keyboard” option.
|
|
Enable “Show virtual keyboard”
|
|
Reinsert the USB cable at the bottom of the tablet, and reboot the kiosk again.
