Card Reader Jumper

Readers out of the box, will have the jumper set to “A” side. When using Whirlpool, this must be moved over to the “B” side. See “Additional Information” section for jumper identification on different KioSoft readers.

The jumper’s pins need to be horizontal and not vertical. The jumper has two parts, each with two pins. Make sure both pieces are moved closer to the right “B” side. Example image above shows an Ultra LX reader’s jumper moved to the “B” side.
