This document reviews MFR30’s board programming, wiring, and CCM Profile configuration
1) MRF30 Board Programming:
Note: MRF30 Machine must be set to coin and debit mode
(This ensures cycle status, otherwise reader will not sense cycle stopped)
Programming the machine:
Turn the Service key to switch from RUN mode to SERVICE
In Service – SET-UP mode, the Main Menu Screen appears
> “Pricing Menu” (2nd option listed)
> “General” (Set-up of Pricing related functions)
> Change payment selection to “Coin & Card” (2nd option listed)
2) MRF30 Harness Wiring:
Machine: MFR30PD PK: Pending Assignment of PK Number
Coin Connections - Remove machine’s original clear tab connections according to the following directions
Coin Out to Machine
Machine green to harness green cable
Machine blue to harness blue cable
Machine red to harness red cable
Coin In to Terminal
Machine terminal red to harness green cable
Machine terminal blue to harness black cable

Power Supply Connection:
The AC Power Adaptor (PS100007) with Brown & Blue pin connector is connected to WH120006 (Black & White Cable)
WH120006 cable uses the blue splice tabs to tap into power on machine. Located on the top left side of the machine (shown in a red circle; see image below)
Splice WH120006’ s black cable to machines' black cable
Splice WH120006’ s white black cable to machines' white cable

Harness’s card reader connection to mesh cable on back of reader
The jumper on the back of the card reader needs to be changed from “A” to “B” side
3) MRF30 Profile:
Reminder: When using Universal Pulse Profile in CCM
Readers must be 2.71.0 or higher & under KLM app reader needs to be programmed as a “CleanReader” not “Ultra”
Creating the profile for MFR30 PD under CCM profile builder using the following settings:
CCM Profile > Universal > Universal Pulse > Pulse
Output: RelayPulse
Output Pulse Gap: 100
Pulse Polarity: Idle Open
Output Pulse Duration: 50
Laundry Available Signal: Low
