Please use the following program on the Android tablet setup.

Check Android Board(PCB) Serial Port
Before setting up the Android tablet, ensure that the Android board's serial port is connected to RS232.

Android Tablet Setup
Long-press the top-right corner of the touchscreen, then enter p/w to access the backend.
| Click the “Exit” section, then click “OK” to exit the App.

Find the old version of the UNIS App in the menu and long-press it to drag it up to “Uninstall”.

Prepare a USB drive, copy the Android program (Version number: B-V2.168.327-2026-4-21-UNIS) into the root directory of the USB drive, and insert the USB drive into the tablet’s USB port. Note: Only the two files shown in the picture are needed. No need to copy the Inventory items Excel file.
| In the pop-up login page, select the second button, “Offline Login”.

The tablet will automatically install the new software, import the initial product information, and display the original planogram. After completing the VMS setup, wait 2 minutes for the machine to sync with the system backend. If the page is empty, please refer to the VMS Setup guide to finish the configuration.

Check Kiosoft Data Sync Status
Long-press the top-right corner of the touchscreen and input p/w to enter the backend.
| In the admin panel, check the KIO SN number. If not shown, tap “Basic Settings”.
| Re-enable Sync KIOSOFT data.
|

Return to the admin panel. If the KIO SN shows up, the tablet is successfully connected to KVMS.
| Enter “Basic Settings”, and tap “Payment Method”.
| Make sure “KIO” is selected as the payment method.

Check the VMS URL on the tablet
On the Admin Panel, tap the SN area multiple times.
| When the toggle is enabled, it means the testing environment is on.
| Click the first option to check the VMS testing URL.
|

To switch to the production environment, disable the testing environment. Then, click the first option to check the VMS production URL.
|
