Setup the Machine

Log in

Use your credentials to log in to the system.

Register the Machine

Once the machine is connected to the internet, it will automatically register with the system. You can find the machine number in the top right corner on the machine's screen.

Navigate to Machine Management > Machine Management, select the Machine Group as either NotNeeded or Default, then enter the Machine ID and click the Query button to locate the machine.

Note

If no result is found for the Machine ID you searched, please log in using an Admin account to check.

Set Product to Slot

  1. Navigate to Machine Management > Slot Management.

  2. Select the Machine Group as either NotNeeded or Default, then enter the Machine ID and click the Query button to display all the slots of the machine.

  3. Click Edit for the desired slot.

  4. Then select the product name from the drop-down list.

  5. Complete the remaining fields with the necessary information and click the Submit button to save the configuration.

Note

Ensure that the product is pre-registered in the Product Management section.

Product Management

Product Type

Navigate to Product Management > Product Type, then click Add. Enter the product type and its description to create a new product type.

Manufacturer Management

Navigate to Product Management > Manufacturer Management, then click the Add button. Enter the necessary manufacturer information, ensuring that both the Manufacturer ID and Manufacturer Name are provided. Click Submit to save the manufacturer details.

Create a Product

Navigate to Product Management > Product Info, then click the Add button to open the new product creation page. Enter the required information and upload an image, then click Submit to save the new product.

Set the E-ticket Amount

  1. Navigate to Machine Management > Slot Management. At the top of the slot management page, select Machine Group and Machine ID from the drop-down list, and then click Query to display all the slots of the selected machine.

  1. Click Edit of the desired slot. The slot setup panel will display.

  2. Enter the eTicket amount in the field Custom Price. Click Submit to save the setting.

Set Slot Stock

Set slot product capacity and stock:

Navigate to Machine Management > Slot Management. Click Edit to open the slot parameter control panel. Set the Capacity and Current (stock) for the slot, then click Submit to save the configuration.

You can also set an Alert Qty to facilitate the Replenishment Advice Report.

Batch Configuration

Batch Config Slots

When editing the slot information, select Yes for “Whether to Enable Multiple Slot”. This will display the slot number range field. The start slot is fixed as the current slot; you can enter the end slot number. Once you complete the configuration and click Submit, the settings will be applied to all slots from the current slot to the specified end slot.

Machine Cloning

In the Slot Management section, click Machine Cloning to open the page for cloning machine slot configuration information. Choose source and target machines by their Machine ID.

You can also specify a specific slot number range to clone. To do this, select Yes for “Specify Slot or Not”, then enter the Start Slot Number and End Slot Number. Click Submit to clone the slot configuration information from the source machine to the target machine.

Utilize the Reports

Monitor the Machine Status

Navigate to Daily Operation Monitoring > Status Monitor. You can view all the machine statuses accessed to your account. You can enter the Machine ID and click Query to quickly locate the target of the machine.

Status Indicators

  • Error: Highlighted in red to indicate machines with errors.

  • Out of Stock/Temperature (°C): Highlighted in orange for machines that are out of stock or have temperature warnings.

Network Status Legend

  • Online (1): Number of machines currently online.

  • Offline (10): Number of machines currently offline.

  • Stop (0): Number of machines stopped.

  • Alarm (0): Number of machines triggering alarms.

Actions

  • Query: Click this button to apply the selected filters and view the results.

  • Clear All Errors: Click to reset any error indicators in the machine list.

Table Columns

  • Network Status: Displays whether the machine is online or offline.

  • Temperature: Current temperature status of the machine.

  • Door: Door status (e.g., open, closed).

  • Drop Sensor: Status of the drop sensor.

  • Bill Acceptor: Status of the bill acceptor.

  • Coin Changer: Status of the coin changer.

  • Slot: Slot status.

  • Card Reader: Status of the card reader.

  • Used Traffic: Shows the amount of data used.

  • Expire Date: The expiration date of the current configuration.

  • Deployment Address: The location where the machine is deployed.

  • Administrator: Assigned administrator for each machine.

  • Version: Software version running on the machine.

  • NewsVersion: Version information for news updates.

Replenishment Advice

The Replenishment Advice page helps you manage inventory by providing insights into stock levels and replenishment needs.

Navigate to Daily Operation Monitoring > Replenishment Advice.

On the left side of the window, you'll find the machine list accessible to your account. Select the target machine and click the Generate Replenishment Advice button. The replenishment report will then appear in the right pane.

You can filter machines by their Machine ID or by selecting an Administrator to view the machines under their management.
